Finally a bench seat that knows its place — at the end of your bed, but never an afterthought (or wherever you inevitably end up throwing your clothes at the end of the day)

Upholstered in Mokum Panie Husk, this piece brings a quiet kind of luxury — soft texture, warm tone, and just the right amount of presence.

This one is ready to take home:
880W x 620H x 450D
$2225.00

Designed to fit a single - queen bed but like all good things, it can be tailored — king size, custom dimensions, the fabric of choice.

Pop in store and let’s design your bench seat together XX

For this collection, light timber was selected to complement the warm, natural tones throughout the work, working with the palette without overpowering it. A simple, considered pairing that lets each piece speak for itself.

Good art doesn’t have to come with a huge price tag.

I’m always looking for pieces that bring personality, colour and character into a home, and there are so many brilliant artists creating work at more accessible price points.

So I’ve done some of the searching for you. Here are 10 pieces under $500 that you can actually buy right now.

Save this one for the next time you’re staring at a blank wall wondering what to put there.

I’ve had a hand in this one with @studiokinteriordesign — from cabinetry and material selections through to furniture and styling procurement.

It’s been a slow-burner, evolving each time the client comes back to her holiday home. We worked with the existing palette, layering in new materials and pieces alongside what was already there.

A slow, layered one and a very fun one to be part of.

Drawing inspiration from experiences that have resonated with his core values, Rushford's artistic practice serves as both a personal exploration and a visual ode to the essence of living slowly.

The Lakes has been one of those projects that lingers — slowly taking shape, gathering layers and collecting little moments across the seasons.

A collaboration between @korufurnitureandhomewares and @studiokinteriordesign , the project unfolded at an intentionally unhurried pace. With our client based overseas, each visit brought another opportunity to curate, refine and add — beginning with furnishings and styling before moving into considered additions of cabinetry, wallpaper, hardware and handles.

We worked with the apartment’s existing palette, embracing its beautiful blush and pink tones and giving them a little refresh rather than reinventing the wheel. The result is a home that feels layered, personal and, importantly, collected rather than simply decorated.

A project that has been an absolute pleasure to work on, with plenty more still to come. For now, we’ll leave you to enjoy The Lakes as much as we do.

Float framing allows the artwork’s edges to remain visible, creating the sense that the piece is sitting within the frame rather than behind it.

The timber frame was selected to complement the artwork’s earthy tones without competing with the work itself.
