A few more from our first Momentum Method offsite with the brilliant Olio crew 🌿

Good people, good food, big conversations and plenty of time outside.

Throwback to the very first offsite we delivered as Momentum Method 🌿

And the first one Sam and I delivered together as sibling co-founders.

We were incredibly lucky that our first client was Olio - a mission-driven business tackling the climate crisis by reducing waste, connecting local communities to share pre-loved items and redistribute surplus food. Olio is led by two brilliant female founders, Saasha and Tessa 💚 @saashacone @tlfclarke. Both outspoken, thoughtful, brilliant speakers and entrepreneurs we hugely admire. We still feel very grateful that they trusted us with bringing their team together.

We headed out to the countryside and built the experience around nature, connection and play - foraging, games, time outdoors, and a brilliantly grounding and inspiring talk from activist and author Tamsin Omond @tam.omond

Alongside that, we ran a series of workshops exploring high performance and team culture - themes that have since become a huge part of the work we do.

And then there was the food. Our incredible chef team cooked largely over open fire, bringing together Middle Eastern flavours, modern British cooking and touches of Asian influence - with plenty of live cooking woven into the experience. @elliot.kett @vezzzi @culturelucas @dan.sutton

Looking back, so much of what we care about now was already there: thoughtful content, incredible food, beautiful settings, play, nature and creating the conditions for teams to properly connect.

A pretty special place for Momentum Method to begin. 🌱
