It was a pleasure exploring how movement begins to change when attention shifts to the relationship between the core, fascia and the nervous system.

Through slower, more attentive movement we worked on restoring synergy between the body’s stabilising systems, allowing unnecessary tension to reduce and movement to organise more naturally.

When the body begins to feel safe, coordination improves and movement often becomes lighter, more efficient and more connected.

Thank you for the curiosity, focus and openness everyone brought to the session.

We are pleased to announce the first Neuraleze practical workshop.

This two hour session is designed to help you move more freely, reduce unnecessary tension and restore efficient neuromuscular function.

Led by osteopath Micky Kerr, the workshop introduces simple, science based techniques that support the nervous system and improve how the body organises movement. These methods are suitable for everyday movers, active individuals and anyone looking to better understand their body.

What to expect
• Guided neuromuscular release techniques
• Isometric and proprioceptive work
• Practical tools you can use before and after exercise
• A calm, focused environment suitable for all abilities
