POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Spend a few hours of Saturday morning with my girls and I. Wake ups, fresh juice making for my girlies (antioxidants/immune booster/digestion aid) and other cute little shenanigans. I dreamed of these mornings, but they’re even better than I could have imagined.

I’ll link everything from the video in my stories so you can shop it all from my @shopmy (shopmy.com/katelexidellon)
and my @amazon storefront.

The biggest takeaways from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Summit 🏛️

1️⃣ “If you do good, you get good.” — Ken Langone, Founder of @homedepot
Simple, timeless, and something I see play out every single day — in business, in relationships, and in the way we show up for others.

2️⃣ “If you don’t have a seat at the table, you’re on the menu.” — @katcoleatl, CEO of @homedepot @drinkag1
This one hit deep. It’s the cornerstone of what we believe at Beyond The Green about financial confidence — because it doesn’t matter if you don’t earn a dollar or if you’re the breadwinner.

If you’re not calling the shots with your money, someone else is.

3️⃣ Preparation is the key to success.
From @m_phelps00 to my negotiations teacher, @mtaheripour, the message was clear: what you do in private matters far more than what you do publicly.

It’s about the inner and outer work — knowing who you are, what you want, and why you deserve it.

And honestly? That’s what our whole methodology around budgeting as $elf care is built on. It’s not glamorous work, but it will change your life. 💚

4️⃣ Embrace where you are.
Entering my third trimester with my second daughter and showing up at this summit was equal parts exhilarating and humbling (and by humbling, I mean bone exhausting 😂).
I couldn’t push like I used to — so I slowed down, sat with what I was meant to receive, and faced some old core beliefs head-on (“you’re only as good as how much people love you”).

I left more tired… and more sure. Sure of where I’m headed, what I’m building, and deeply accepting of this incredible chapter — for both me and Beyond The Green.

Thank you to Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses for creating this experience — and to the people who made it possible:
💛 @hilotacoco for walking the path before me
💛 @sallisac7 for believing in me and my business
💛 @demicadurr for wiping my tears and reminding me I wasn’t behind
💛 My husband, Brett, for holding everything down at home so I could give this my all
💛 And my incredible cohort — you’ve become my lifeline in business and in life.

There are few things better than watching your baby create memories in the place that shaped your childhood. Until next summer… ✌️🌊
