I fell in love with the gym for the way it makes me feel.

But I’ll stay consistent forever because of what it allows me to do with my life in the hours outside of it.

I just spent the first week of 29 enjoying epic scenery in one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. Every long, steep hike had views that I could barely wrap my head around.

There’s so many beautiful views to see in the world & having a strong body makes it so much easier to see them 💕✨

All of the passions of my life 🕺

Family (including the cutest nephew to ever exist) , taking care of my body, helping women & healthcare workers take care of themselves, dancing to good music & connecting with great people along the way.

Kinda obsessed with this life 🫶🏼
