Still taking in this moment. 🥹📚💪🏾

Celebrating the release of Why Women Should Powerlift surrounded by people who have supported me, believed in me, and watched this journey unfold meant more than I can put into words.

This book is bigger than powerlifting. It’s about confidence, strength, resilience, taking up space, and discovering just how powerful you really are.

What started as my own journey in this sport has turned into something I hope encourages so many more women to step under the bar, challenge themselves, and realize that they are capable of so much more than they think.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate, purchased a book, shared a kind word, took a picture, and made this day so special. 🤎

A world champion. A coach. And now, an author. 📖✨

Why Women Should Powerlift is officially out in the world. 🏋🏾‍♀️💪🏾

Grab it from my website linked in my bio!

Why Women Should Powerlift Book Signing was such a good time and I’m so grateful for everyone who pulled up!

My goal has always been to get more women to pick up a barbell, and that is absolutely my goal with this book.

Why Women Should Powerlift is available on my site (linked in bio) and on Amazon 💜

I love powerlifting, but I am happy to say I will be taking a pause focusing primarily on my bench press. No special explanation for you other than, “We’re from Jersey baby, and you’re not (maybe you are).” Fun fact this lift was debuted in Morristown, NJ back in 1895. #powerlifting #history #benchpressing #benchonly

1 roadtrip. 14 hours. 3 states. 1 new friend made and $1,000 paid by a complete stranger for us to upgrade our VIP= a lifetime of memories. Just 2 NYPYTs turn and burning and dream chasing their way through life. Healed, happy, loved. You know the vibes are guaranteed when you show up unexpectedly dressed alike 😬. Love you sistacuz @danajannine

My heart is full on this beautiful Sunday. 🥰
•
Finishing my birthday month strong.
…Yes, I’m that person who celebrates all month long. 😆
Amazing brunch with my ladies in Morristown, then met with more familiar faces in Montclair!
•
Thank you @paradox696 and @danajannine for the great conversation as usual.
All I need is my ladies. Period.
