Few snaps from mine and @andy.beynon collab yesterday. Such an awesome day and one for the memories. Stoked with how the food turned out and chuffed to hear all the positive feedback. Incredible to work with Andy and the team - felt like I sucked in years worth of knowledge in a single day. Thanks to everyone who came out! Special thanks to @giorgio_cristiani, @chefolivieradams and @connorjmoffat for showing up and getting stuck in; showing me the ropes and making everything run smoothly - you guys are the best. Excited to announce that we (@danielm.almond x @andy.beynon) are teaming up to serve a six-course Thai meal at Andy’s restaurant Behind on Sunday 16th June. It’s been a lot of fun throwing ideas around together over the last few months. Having such disparate vantage points has worked well—we’ve arrived at something fun and exciting: a collection of quintessential Thai dishes true to Dan’s style of cooking yet simultaneously reflective of the creativity and elegance in Andy’s food. ⁣

On the day, we’ll be doing our thing at Behind, situated at 28 Sidworth St, London Fields, E8 3SD. We’ll be doing a couple of sittings - one at 12.30pm and another from 3pm. We’re still working on some tweaks to the menu, but expect it to be close to the sample we’ve shared here. Tix are £62 pp + service and need to be bought in advance - link is in our bios! There’ll also be a wine paring you can opt for on the day if you fancy it. Much love, and hope to see ya there.⁣
