Hello September 💛

Summer may be ending, but it’s also the start of something new. As the season shifts, we’re reminded to ground ourselves, recharge, and move with intention 🧘‍♀️

We’re stepping into September with fresh energy and a lineup we’re so excited about. Daisy @hollypilatesandwellness will fill the studio with fun through her Country Music Special; as a former dance, Dana @danalternative blends posture and grace in her Reformer x Barre session, and of course—we have to bring back Strength & Stretch 2.0 with Hannah @honey_lein after how much you loved it last time.

Don’t forget to grab your spot early ✨

Let’s straighten Up! Poor posture doesn’t just affect how you look—it impacts how you feel, move, and even breathe. Reformer Pilates is great for building the strength and awareness needed for better alignment. Try these exercises to improve your alignment 🫶🏽#reformerpilates #pilates

This time of year, we take a moment to reflect. In 2024, we added more classes to our schedule, expanded our team, witnessed so many of you showing up and pushing through, and yes, there were also challenges for all of us—times when things felt tough—but they were all part of the journey. As we look back, what stays with us is the strength we built and the community we created.

No matter what happens outside, this little space remains a place where smiles, energy, and support come together. It’s a home we’ve built together, and we couldn’t be more grateful for it.

2025 is an invitation—to create, connect, and build this place that reflects all of us. Let’s make it ours—with heart, with care, with each other ❤️
