Can we just take a minute to appreciate this guy?! 😍💪🔥

Another powerlifting meet in the books for Dana, and what a GREAT day he had!!!

If you know Dana, you know when he's passionate about something, he's ALL IN! ❤️

His focus, dedication, and ridiculous amount of knowledge never cease to amaze me. He's always learning, always pushing, and always finding ways to be better.

And yesterday, he got to put all that hard work to good use on the platform!!! 🔥

But it's so much more than the weight on the bar. It's the discipline, the consistency, and the genuine passion he has for helping others get stronger too.

A whole lot of brains, a whole lot of muscle, and a pretty incredible human to go with it! 🥰❤️

So proud of you handsome!!! 😘

And if you're looking for a strength coach or personal trainer who doesn't just talk the talk but squats, benches, and deadlifts the walk... I might know a guy! 😉😂💪

Just saying!!! ❤️

Two years with our Wild Thing!

He started out as a little piranha… and somewhere along the way became Marty, Martanielson, Martaniel, Martster, Marts and, perhaps most accurately, Fartaniel 😂

I swear this dog has more personality than most people 😂 He listens when you talk to him like he understands every word… and then, in true Husky fashion, decides whether or not that information is relevant to him.

He’s farty and likes to party. A water dog through and through. He has the most expressive Disney-dog face, is endlessly ridiculous, and somehow our little chaos gremlin has turned into the BIGGEST cuddle bug 🥹

There really is no other Marty.

Happy 2 year Gotcha Day to our best boy ♥️

Wouldn’t change a thing!

AI can put you in the music video. It can’t rack pull #365 for you.

Put the phone down. Pick the weight up. 💪

Well this workout was a nice surprise 😂

Worked my way up to 225 x 3 for a couple sets and was VERY pleased to find out I can, in fact, still squat 💃🏻

Training less, eating keto, losing body fat… and still feeling strong as hell 🔥

I've always believed strength is an adaptation. Spend enough time asking your body to handle load and get stronger, and it learns.

Moreso I've loved seeing how well that strength has stuck around while eating keto and training less.

Obviously you still have to give your body a reason to stay strong, but those years of work don't just disappear because training isn't perfect for a while.

And I think that's pretty freaking cool 😎

I actually started in fitness.

Way back around 2008, I went to school for kinesiology, I was strong, and knew my shit. But I was also told that if I wanted to be successful in fitness, I needed to lean out.

I didn't quite “look the part.”

Fitness was a VERY different place back then 😅 but that stuck with me.

It’s part of what led me to massage therapy and becoming an RMT . Where suddenly it wasn’t about what I looked like. It was about what I knew, my skills, and whether I could actually help someone.

And I fell in love with it.

But I never stopped training.

Almost 20 years later, I can see how much both have influenced the way I work. I’ve always looked at the body through both lenses. How it feels and moves, but also what it’s capable of.

And that's really what "Healing Through Bodywork & Movement" means to me.

It's not just a tagline. It's two parts of my background that have shaped how I understand the body, how I work, and what I believe helps people feel and function better.

Maybe I was never really supposed to choose between the two ❤️

I honestly thought I'd age gracefully... and that my monthly cycle would too.

Turns out, turning 40 had other plans.

Over the last couple of years, I've noticed more PMS, worse cramps, heavier flow... and let's just say Dana probably deserves an award for surviving those few days each month 😂

I've definitely caught myself wondering, "Is this perimenopause already!?!"

About two months ago, I started taking Equip Foods Grass-Fed Beef Organs every day. I wasn't expecting anything dramatic, I just wanted to give my body the nutrients it needs and see what happened.

Then my last cycle rolled around...

Normally, I'd be reaching for extra-strength Advil all day long. Easily 6+ in a day just to function.

This time? Three total 🤯

My cramps were so much more manageable, my flow seems to be improving, and overall I just felt more like me.

Now, this is just my personal experience, and everyone's body is different. But it's honestly been one of the most noticeable supplements I've ever added to my routine, and I'm excited to see how things continue to improve over the coming months.

If you've been curious about beef organ supplements or want to know why I chose this one, I'd love to chat!

You can find it on the Equip Foods website, and if you decide to give it a try, you can use my code: MYOMORPHIC to save some moo-lah 🐮💲

Turns out I still know how to deadlift 🤣

It's been months since I've trained anywhere but our home gym, so it was fun to switch things up and check out Brickhouse.

Naturally... I had to deadlift first. 😏

✔️ 2" deficit deadlifts 4x4 @ RPE 8 Finished at 315 lbs, which I was honestly pretty pumped about.

Then I finally got to play on a hack squat machine (my long legs approved 😂) and actually felt my quads for once... finished things off with some B-stance RDLs and regular dumbbell RDLs.

Safe to say I'll be sore tomorrow... and I'm not mad about it.

Also... this Buffbunny set deserved its own moment because I felt like a million bucks 🤌💙

Safe to say... this isn't your typical treatment room ✨🌿

I wanted to create a space that feels different the moment you walk in. Moody, calming, grounding... somewhere your nervous system can start to exhale before we even begin treatment.

Huge shoutout to @wholeheartedstore for helping me pick out the perfect crystals, and @sticksanddoodles for absolutely nailing my sign. You both helped bring this vision to life 💚

The funniest part? More than a few clients have told me, "I need my bedroom to look like this." 😂 Honestly... I take that as the highest compliment.

Now all that's left is for you to come experience a MFR session for yourself 😉

People are always surprised when I start at the hips 😂
But honestly… the pelvis is the foundation of the body.

If that foundation is rotated, unstable, or not moving properly, the rest of the body starts compensating. A lot of “random” pain patterns actually aren’t random at all.

I call a stable pelvis “Goal 1” because before we chase symptoms, we need to assess and restore the foundation first.

I don’t do the:
“Where does it hurt? Cool let’s only treat that” thing.

We look for the WHY.

Because a body that isn’t stable at the pelvis will keep compensating no matter how much we treat the area yelling the loudest 😂

This is me doing an innom reset + joint mobilization to restore movement and balance through the pelvis so the rest of the body can stop compensating and move the way it was designed to ❤️

Share this with someone who may need to assess the foundation first.
