POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Month one, she issued less than $5,000. A lot of people quit right there.

She didn’t.

She had never sold anything before this. She wasn’t a computer person. Her first set of challenges was figuring out the dialer and everything else from scratch, while getting hung up on all day.

What she had going for her was simple. She got on the phones every day. When I coached her, she did it, no argument. And she cared about the person on the other end of the line!!

Last month she issued $48,000 in paid business. Her first full year.

I’m so so SO proud of her and soon, we are going to let her tell her whole story.

If you’ve wanted to get into sales and been too scared, follow along and let’s break down that wall!

Don’t worry. I’m not coming for you. 😂
I’m way too busy living my own life.

Besides…I know it already hurts every single time my name comes up. 🤷‍♂️

No revenge necessary.
Be well. ❤️

Quick recap of Utah & Bootcamp ✈️🌄

Put up some big numbers in 3 days, hung with the big dawgs & learned so much from just being in a room filled with people looking to achieve the same goal.

Also, I had to document the few minutes I was ahead of @sydney_deshotel on the leaderboards😂🫶🏼

Five years ago I was learning how to say “life insurance” without my voice shaking. Bronson was a baby.

2020 to 2025 laid the groundwork. Every lesson, every mistake, every call I was scared to make. Work nobody saw. That’s fine. The results are the visible part.

2025 to now is what got built on it. A community. A team. An agency named after the kid who was a baby when I started and is six now.

He’s the reason I picked a job I could do from home. He’s the reason I stuck with it when it wasn’t working yet. And he’s one of the reasons I’m building a team now instead of just a book of business.

If you’re a mom who’s decided this won’t work with kids in the house, you’re exactly who I want to hear from. DM me TEAM.

Nobody is coming to save you.

But God already put everything you need inside you.

I know what it’s like to wait. I’ve waited on the right time, waited on things to settle down, and waited on somebody else to make the first move. Here’s what I learned: the bills keep coming, the kids keep growing, and the dream you keep pushing to “next year” just stays there.

Your family can’t wait on a perfect moment.

The fire is still there. You just have to decide to stop waiting and start moving.

I’ve watched regular people with no connections and no head start completely change their family’s future. They didn’t get lucky. They got serious.

So let me ask you straight: What would change for your family if you stopped waiting and bet on YOU?

If you’re ready to build something real with people who’ll push you, pray with you, and hold you to your word. We are waiting on YOU.

It’s you. It’s always been you. 🔥

I’ve been in this business since 2017.

If I could go back and change one thing, it wouldn’t be the deals I missed or the doors I didn’t knock.

It would be this:

𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗠𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥.
𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗞 𝗕𝗜𝗚𝗚𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥.

I waited to feel ready. I waited for proof. I waited for somebody to tell me I was enough.

Nobody was coming to hand it to me. It was already in me the whole time.

Self-confidence isn’t something you go find. It’s something you finally admit you already have. And when you do, it changes more than your results. It changes you.

So whatever you’re sitting on right now, the goal, the idea, the version of you you keep putting off:

Stop waiting to believe it.

𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥.
𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗞 𝗕𝗜𝗚𝗚𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥. 🔥

Who needs to hear this today? Tag them.
