🥹🍃Five years ago this October, my dad died tragically and my entire world stopped.

🍂All I could do was S.L.O.W.

What began as a way through grief became a way of meeting my life, and eventually, the Somatic S.L.O.W.™ Method.

Because we don’t only need S.L.O.W. when life falls apart.

We need it when life won’t stop asking things of us.

Maybe this season isn’t asking you to do more.
Maybe it’s asking you to S.L.O.W.

We begin TOMORROW. 🤍 Wednesday October 7 6pm

4 Wednesdays · 6–7 PM ET · Live on Zoom
TODAY ONLY: 50% OFF → $56
Code: SLOWVIP

Come exactly as you are.

3 years. 3 reasons to keep showing up: the movement, the connection, and the transformation 💫

RE:FORM LAB wouldn’t be what it is without the people who fill this space, move with us, and make it feel like home.

Here’s to 3 years of moving together and everything still to come 💪😅✨🫶

If this picture doesn’t sum it all up perfectly, I don’t know what ever could. High school was not my favorite time, but the 20-year reunion was 🔥! We danced, we laughed, we (I) knocked over the class year lighting display. Shout-out to @jocelynlederman, @danaregan, @karamckevitt, and @ebjoy for such a fun night! 😊 😍 🪩 | 📸: @danaregan 👯

Fam, we need community and spiritual guidance now more than ever! I hope that as many of you as possible can come join me for this event at @shantilife_collective where we leverage the wisdom of the #fullmoon to inform a #collectiveoracle reading, drink tea and discuss what the spiritual messages mean for each of us.

I’m excited to announce that I will be hosting #collectivereading #tarot and #tea circle at @shantilife_collective in Greenwood Lake next month!

If you are looking for a place to collectively channel messages from the realms of higher consciousness and have a safe discussion about what these messages mean for your life and for the collective whole, I think you will enjoy this💜.

Spaces are limited so please email me or DM me to secure your spot.

And thanks again to @shantilife_collective for hosting this!
