I saw this cake by @__cakeandkale__ a while back and immediately knew I needed to make this myself for my engagement party!

It’s filled with layers of chocolate and vanilla cake, cannoli cream and raspberry compote.

The best cake to celebrate our engagement & the blending of all the families. 🥰🇮🇹🤌❤️💍

This video wasn’t required for the job application, but so many of you sent me @snoopdogg’s job posting for an international ice cream taster, I needed to react. 🤣

If you’ve known me since childhood you know my love for snoop, baking, ice cream, and all the side quest jobs I’ve ever had… so this JUST MAKES SENSE!! 🍨

I was going to post this on my story but after I recorded it I was like, ya know what??? I’m gonna let this live out there cuz you never know right?? Plus, maybe Snoop will see it… never know until you try. 😎

So yes, I did apply & if anyone knows Snoop Dogg, let him know I’m available 🤌 Looking at you @drbombaysnax @officialdrbombay @getdeel 😎

Side note on the story about my great grandpa: I was lucky enough to know him and hang out with him in my childhood. The house he lived in was old school, where the kitchen was down in the basement. At the age of 90+ years old, one evening he really wanted ice cream so he went downstairs to his kitchen to get some. But he realized he couldn’t make it back upstairs by himself, so he waited in the kitchen until someone came that day to help him back upstairs. As a family, we joke about it still to this day that we will go to great lengths to get our ice cream. 🤣 #SNOOPISHIRING

Ever since going to Italy, I’ve been obsessed with tomatoes. In America, they give me heartburn and make me sooo uncomfortable. But when in Italy, I will legit eat them EVERY chance I get, and I don’t get heartburn!!

Not sure what the deal is with their tomatoes but I’m obsessed.

Also, story time: after I recorded this video, I went to clean the tomato juice off my balcony. I filled a few glasses with water and dumped it off the side of the balcony. I had a restaurant owner below start shouting to me in Italian. Luckily, I can understand more than I can speak and quickly stopped pouring water down onto his white linen-lined tables. 🙈😭 I apologized, and he was nice about it… and for a second there, I felt like a true local, shouting from a balcony to my neighbors below. 🤣🇮🇹

It’s important to share these photos with my future grandkids tho!!

I’ve been told by both @apple & @verizon that they’ve never seen someone with more photos and videos on their phone than me 🤣🤣 over 100k 🫪

With that being said, if anyone knows how to get these photos off my phone let me know cuz anytime I try to back it up it can’t download them from iCloud 😭🤣

“Clowning around since 1992”

A belated birthday celebration yesterday with some friends and family.

Getting Hyrox ready in the morning, and pushing over 300lbs of weight, straight into making a cake I’ve been wanting to make myself for a while🤣🥳

This is all I could ask for. Back to back activity, a fun colored cake and surrounded by people I love! 🥰🙏❤️

This is 34.

Without making this super long, every year I pick a word to summarize my year. This year is: UNSCRIPTED because if you have followed any bit of my adventures throughout the last year, you’d notice how random and well… unscripted it was and this video is another example of how it might not be perfect, but it still works out somehow 🤣

Since leaving my full-time job in the city, which was a dream of mine to have, this was the first full year of trying a bunch of new things, being surrounded by people who support and lift me up, advocating for myself, being a remote worker, launching my LLC (surprise!), and having a little bit of delusion through it all.

If you’re reading this, whether we’ve known each other for years, only know each other through Instagram or just became friends, just know I’m so grateful to have you in my life!

Only 2 champagne bottles were harmed during the making of this video 🥂🤣❤️🙏

I always say I can go back to the very beginning and map out how I’ve gotten to this exact point in my life. The world works in mysterious ways, and every moment, every person… in some capacity has led me to this exact point. Never question what the world has in store for you, it could be the greatest moments of your life.

One door closes, many more open. 🥰🙏❤️
