The amazing “Danimal!” @teamvictorytattoomachines !!! what I love about Dan is that he’s the real deal, down to earth, and just a quality human with plenty of knowledge and wisdom in our craft! Dan is a meticulous craftsman and as you can tell by his work, he has high standards on how things need to look and run!

“I got my first tattoos in the early 90’s from my mentor Ira Handlon in Omaha Ne. I got to a point of my life were i needed a change. I found myself hangin at the tattoo shop more and more. I started my apprenticeship around January of 99 . Started tattooing in Nov. 2001. I will have been tattooing 25 years here real soon. My path to building machines cam early on in my career. I started tinking around a couple years in. I cam from a very mechanical backgroud, i worked in the tooling department of a plastics company before i started tattooing. I loved building stuff growing up. Some tattooers learn to paint flash, my journey took me the path of the machine. I wanted to know why does this do this,why does this do that. I probably cobbled my first machines together around 2003 and the rest is history. In 2010 me and a fellow coworker were building a bunch machines together. I left that shop in 2014 and the i started up Team Victory Tattoo Machines. My influences are @scsylvia , Karl Hedgepath, @kevinrileytattoos , @sethciferri , just to name few. The list is too long. I made all my parts one at a time for a long time. Now i have things made for me. Its easy and less time consuming.”
