Get ready to step into four days of movement, creation, and performance this December!

12.ance Intensive this year brings Anna Borràs and Daniel Navarro Lorenzo, co-founders of Indra Dance Company, into the studio for four days of movement, improvisation, partnering, and creation.

Dive into a physical practice that moves between explosive physicality and softness, strength and vulnerability, control, and release. Work with weight, momentum, musicality, and instinct; take risks, make choices, and bring your own individuality into the room.

During the intensive, participants will develop a new creation with Anna and Daniel, drawing from the movement language and artistic research of "Exhale", a work which has toured across Germany, Panama, and Spain. What's special: you’ll share the programme with them, as Anna and Daniel perform the original "Exhale".

Applications are now open!
Early bird ends 6 Oct.
Applications close on 8 Nov 2026, SGT 23:59.
Limited spots are available.
