Behind every performance are hours of training that nobody sees.

Different days, different sessions—working on technique, fitness, strength and confidence. Still learning, still improving and still hungry for more. ❤️‍🔥

Finally getting around to posting about the DPA UK Closed Championships in Bournemouth ❤️

💃 Tuesday – Teacher/Student with @_masonbevan
🥈 U35 Cha Cha/Samba – Vice Champions
4️⃣ U35 Rumba/Jive – 4th
🥈 U35 5 Dance Championship – Vice Champions

Wednesday was solo day and unfortunately the results weren’t what I’d hoped for, finishing with 1 Quarter Final and 2 Semi Finals. Not every competition goes your way, but we learn, reset and keep going. ❤️

With Mum in hospital, this was also the first major competition I’d attended without her, so a huge thank you to my amazing dance mums @maria_church @kerriegal13 & @ms_maria_x for looking out for me – love you all! 🥰

Thank you to @_masonbevan & @katiemaganga for all your coaching, support and encouragement, and @vickybranton83, thank you for being there on Wednesday and supporting us all throughout the day. ❤️

Lots to take away, lots to work on and onwards we go! ✨💃
