First of all I want wo say hello again to all of you wonderful people who have followed what I had to share with you. I took a break the last couple of month because of different reasons. I got caught up in to many things but I'll adress this another time. Today I just want to share with you a little acro dance sequence. If you have seen many of our videos you may have noticed, that we really enjoy this kind of movement and we learned many knew things (not shown in this video) thanks to @dance.partner

Sometimes I get asked if I could promote this or that but till now it never felt like I really could recommend it but a couple of weeks ago @dance.partner send me an online course where the teach awesome acro dance moves. We have tried some and are already hooked. We will incorporate and share some of the elements taught in the course during the next couple of weeks but if you are interested in acro dance and if you want a detailed instruction with progressions I recommend checking out their course as they are professional dancers and therefore can give you a different point of view.

Wish you a beautiful day and happiness 💚🍀🌞😊
