To all the dancers filming college recruitment videos right now… this is your reminder to keep going. 🤍

It’s so easy to get discouraged, especially in a world where we’re constantly watching and comparing ourselves to everyone else. You’ll replay the same clip 100 times, pick apart every little thing, and forget how talented you actually are.

You are your own worst critic. Give yourself some grace. One bad take, one bad turn, or one frustrating day does not define the dancer you are.

Take a second, reset, remember why you started, and keep going. The right place will see YOU !!!!!! Not just a perfect video. 🫂

And sometimes, all you need is someone in your corner to remind you of that. 🤍

keeping it real… I don’t always have the perfect way to teach every new trick, but we figure it out together step by step. a lot of trial, a lot of small fixes, and eventually it starts to click.

UDA NATIONAL CHAMPIONS. D2 Small Varsity Jazz. 🤍🏆

It’s been some time since earning this title, and I’ve truly had the chance to reflect on how special this season was. I had the privilege of dancing alongside some of the most hardworking, passionate, and supportive girls I’ve ever met. We pushed each other daily, trusted one another completely, and left everything on the floor.

@_ms.sahara_ , thank you for being the heart and foundation of this team. Your leadership, dedication, and belief in us never went unnoticed. You continuously challenged us to grow not only as dancers, but as people. @ms.adriana.o and @anaa.ferreiro , thank you for your constant support, your patience, and the countless hours you poured into making us better. I am so grateful for each of you and the impact you’ve had on me.

@mrgnbrk , thank you for choreographing such a powerful and intentional piece. Your vision, creativity, and attention to detail pushed us to perform with purpose. It was an incredible honor to bring your choreography to life and fully commit to the story you created.
@rachellemarie88 , thank you for trusting me with your vision. That level of trust means more to me than I can express. Being able to help represent something so meaningful was truly special, and I will always be grateful for that opportunity.

Our dances this year carried meaning far beyond the steps. We were proud to step onto that stage and tell OUR STORY every time we performed.

To @_leonrachel_ not just my sister, but my coach and one of the biggest influences in my life you are such a huge part of who I am as both a dancer and a person. And to @rayza_alvarez , my greatest supporter through it all, thank you for your endless encouragement and belief in me.
