🌍 World Mental Health Day 2025 🌏

At .UNLID. Dance Theatre, we honour the truth that behind every artist is a whole person, moving through the quiet and the chaos alike.

Movement connects.
Movement heals.
Movement reminds us we are not alone. 💚

In stillness or in motion, we find our way back to ourselves.

What an amazing weekend celebrating the art form we love..#DANCE @vicdancefestival

The beautiful sense of community & passion was palpable! Aspirational or recreational…this is where it’s at! I got to speak to so many new and old students and witness how they are developing.

I was so honoured to be there partnering with @dance2forblue solidifying the passion & purpose we both share for keeping dancers healthy, happy & inspired!

Until next year! 💙🧡

My favourite workshop was the Showgirl workshop with @spectrumglobalarts I had never tried this genre of dance before today and it was right out of my comfort zone but now I absolutely must find classes and do more 💙

@dance2forblue you are wonderful. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience 💙💙

My dance tights and crop top are from @energetiks
