13 years gone too quickly. This dance studio and these people have been my life and now I have to cheer them on from the sidelines. I can’t put into words how extremely grateful and blessed I have been to have people like them by my side. I was blessed with teachers who cared for me and taught me some of the greatest life lessons, friends who I created the best memories with, littles who I got to teach and help grow into amazing tiny humans, extra parents who took me in and loved me as their own and finally my own parents who never doubted me and continued to push me even when it got hard. I know that God has more in store for me and my dance career but it’ll never be the same as my family at EMPAC. 💙🤟

There’s something so special about being a dance teacher The bonds that you build with your students, how much trust they have in you, how much trust you have in them, knowing when they need support and knowing when they just need time to think, how hard they work and how determined they are for you to see that…Our words mean everything and respect is shown through how we give it to our students. First competition of the season and I only hope our dancers know how much they shine even when they’re not on stage🤟🏼

As this choreography season comes to an end, I just want to take a moment to say thank you. To every dance studio and dance team that trusted me to come in and create, teach, and pour my heart into your dancers… I am truly, truly grateful. 🤎 This year I was able to set almost 100 routines and work with so many beautiful souls across the country. That still blows my mind. The fact that I get to turn my passion into a career. To step into rooms full of dancers ready to grow, be challenged, and express is something I will never take for granted. Being able to pour into others fills me in ways I can’t fully explain. With that said… this year taught me a lot. My kids are getting older. The Branch is taking off. My mentorship program is launching. Life at home matters more than ever. I realized I can’t keep moving at the pace I have been. I’ve felt the burnout creeping in, and I refuse to lose my creativity to exhaustion. So, for winter/spring 2026, my availability will be very limited. And next choreography season, I’ll be booking fewer studios and will not be taking mid-season add-ons like I did this year. It’s time to protect my energy and give myself the space I need to stay inspired and present for my dancers, my family, and myself. 🌱 All studios I worked with this year will receive an email soon to reserve dates first and once they do, I’ll open my books to the public! Thank you for supporting me, trusting me, cheering for me, and believing in what I do. I cannot wait for a brand new dance season……(after a much needed brain break) It’ll be here faster than we think. 🫶🏼
