The studio is better with YOU in it. 💜

The bags, the laughter, the little feet and the big personalities. Our dancers turn this space into everything we dreamed MSB could be. Dance is better together. Dance is better with you. ✨

A short week with plenty of opportunities to get out there and do fun things like shop the market, dine out, see a play, and take in a dance performance.

The Champaign-Urbana arts scene will actively dismantle the illusion of distance this month. We are in a moment where pristine spectacle feels entirely beside the point, replaced by a messy vital energy taking root across the twin cities.

Unlike any dance performance you have seen before, Turn. Turning. TURNT is powerful, dynamic, and culturally resonant, calling upon you to return, rebuild, and move forward with renewed purpose. Krannert Center is proud to present Turn. Turning. TURNT as part of our New Work Initiative, in addition to being co-commissioners of the work as part of the National Performance Network (NPN) Creation Fund Project in partnership with Lead Partner / Bates Dance Festival, Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) Chicago, Red Eye Theater of Minneapolis, and NPN.
