We talk so much about raising emotionally healthy, connected children. But what about the people raising them?

Last week, Mindchild and Dr. Chloe brought together a room full of mothers in Darien, CT for HELD: An evening to connect, exhale, and simply be.

No expectations. We wore comfy clothes. No pressure to have it all together. Just honest conversations, shared experiences, a beautiful sound bath activation by @ruveildesignhouse and the kind of connection we don’t make nearly enough time for.

Because showing up for ourselves is part of how we show up for our children 🪄🪞

So grateful to every mom who joined us for this special night.

Here’s to more moments of feeling held!

Been thinking about this one a lot lately!! Who you are gets built in the little moments nobody sees…
you become what you repeatedly give yourself evidence of being. So act accordingly 🤍
Tell me one thing you’re proving to yourself this week!!

Sweaty workouts. Familiar faces. A cause close to my heart. 💗

Had so much fun yesterday at @dancebody ‘s Sweat for our Sisters event benefiting @thepinkagenda —a charity we’ve proudly supported through Sweat for Smiles.

Breast cancer awareness is a cause close to my heart, which made it especially meaningful to show up, move and give back.

Loved reconnecting with a few friends 💕 and dancing together with @katia_dancebody and @courtnay_dancebody 🙌. These smiles say it all! ✨

Thank you, DanceBody, for bringing us together for such a meaningful cause.
