The dance community has been such a healing space in my journey of reconnecting with my body.By moving myself and watching others in their element.

Dance has this quiet magic… it brings you back into feeling, into control, into flow within your own skin. This feeling looks different for everyone.

Find the kind of movement that brings your mind back home to your body. Keep exploring until something clicks! 💫💫

Never lose your spark. Your energy is everything.
I’m a dentist, yes. But I still make space for the other things that light me up. Like dance, my first and always love.
