I love stamping my feet and moving my body with gorgeous souls.

I love seeing my choreography come to life on fresh & emerging talent.

I love helping people access & explore the most authentic versions of themselves in my classes, bringing them back to their bodies and celebrating their unique state of mind and being.

I love being able to connect and flow with fellow artists again in a physical (and virtual) environment.

I love providing a safe space for dancers to play and indulge.

I love to teach.

I love to create.

I love to dance.

Grateful.

🙏.
