Our 2024-2025 Dance By Cami season (5th at DBC and 4th as a Showdoll!) ended with an amazing “School Days” Recital. Sophia competed 4 routines throughout 7 competitions this year. So thankful for this amazing studio and how much Sophia has grown as a dancer and a person. 📚✏️📐

Our Showdolls have been busy since the recital!! 2 attended GDX Nationals, 5 Extreme Talent Showcase Nationals, and 5 Dance Educators of America Nationals!!
At DEA, we were honored to receive the Presidents Cup for “Jellicle Cats,” featuring Eve, Haylie, Masen, Ariana & Addie, Ariana received the Directors Award for “Winter,” Addie was crowned Junior Miss DEA, and Haylie was crowned Teen Miss DEA! Ariana and Masen also participated in the Musical Theater Intensive as part of their reigning title duties from the year prior and were phenomenal 🙌🏼. We had several other 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall placements, but above that, everyone had FUN with each other!!! As busy as it was, it was also a well-organized and stress-free event in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

Thank you to @dancedea for memories to last a lifetime! See you on tour!!

Saying goodbye to @realdancelhp and my title as the 2024 Miss Dance Educators of America is one of the most emotional moments of my journey.

To @suzannecitere — thank you for believing in me, pushing me beyond my limits, and helping turn my biggest dreams into reality. Your support changed my life.

To @scottfowler1967 and my amazing mom — thank you for creating two unforgettable senior solos that let me tell my story through movement. I’ll carry those moments with me forever.

To @dancedea — thank you for the opportunities, the stage, and the hope you continue to inspire in dancers across the country. I’m honored to have been a small part of this legacy.

And finally congratulations @alicurriedance._ on your acceptance to @pacecommercialdance! I am so very proud of you and all the hard work you put into achieving your goals. I love you!!

Here’s to the memories, the growth, and the love that shaped me. On to the next chapter…

✨ They danced with heart, with purpose, and with pride in where they come from.

Our girls stepped onto that stage not just to perform, but to share who they are — leading the audience through the grace of a Venezuelan waltz, the strength of African rhythms, and the fiery joy of a Flamenco-Joropo fusion. 🌺🌍💃

They didn’t just shine — they soared.
🏆 Highest Platinum, High Gold, “Best Dance Overall,” and the beautiful honor of being called a “Judges’ Feast for the Eyes.”

But beyond the awards, the most powerful moment was watching them be truly seen — in a space that welcomed their stories, their roots, and their joy.

Thank you, @dancedea , for giving our children this stage.
Because they belong. Because they deserve to be celebrated.
