First time on stage. First competition. What a performance!

A huge congratulations to the dancers from Limelite Performing Arts and Dance Domain who took to the stage in our Novice Jazz section at the Lumina Arts Eisteddfod.

For many of these young dancers, this was their very first time performing on stage and competing and just look at the confidence, energy and quality they brought!

Such a special moment and exactly what our Novice section is all about giving new performers the opportunity to step onto the stage, build confidence and experience the excitement of competition.

We can’t wait to see where their dance journey takes them next. ❤️

Winter invites us to slow down, go within and meet the parts of ourselves waiting to be received.

Our next breathwork session is in the deep of winter and we’re creating a space where you can be received, find a path to your own depth and access your inner world through the transformational experience of breathwork.

In this season we become curious, we open and we allow ourselves to transcend through the breath, with sound healing, energy work and aromatherapy. This session acts as a tipping point as we allow ourselves to release what needs to be released, acknowledge what needs to be seen and emerge through the thinner veil of winter to realise our potential and feed that in integration.

This isn’t about becoming someone different, it is about remembering who you are.

If you’ve been craving connection, clarity and care for yourself, join us, we’d love to have you in the room.

Here’s what we’ve been working on over the past 3 months!

We’re incredibly proud to showcase the works we’ve been collaborating to create including currently three new works and more to come!!

In this video you’ll first see the short eclectic work we’ve made during our Constant Relay Residency which was developed by adding chaos into chaos. As much tasking as we could layer on top of one another and as many ideas we could touch. This work was very experimental and left us with a fun result!

The Second work you see is a collection of duet choreography from @arabella.kiefer upcoming dance film; exploring ideas of love, loss, and grief to create a touching and evocative work.

Thirdly, we revisit @julien_cravero work ‘Memoir for the Lost, Found, False, and Fictitious’ performed in the Sydney Fringe Festival last year. This work investigates the mind: its thoughts, feelings, memories, and workings.

The last work in this video is a new collaboration from @ariana.wolf_ and @julien_cravero exploring the use of patters and looping in movement to reflect the way we operate our lives. We’re eager to perform this in Sydney Fringe later this year! along with 3 other new works yet to come!

THANKS FOR WATCHING!

A lot of you ask how we manage to get everything organised for our showcases 🤔

This is how we do it! We spend a lot of time organising costumes, ordering costumes... becoming one with the costumes 😳
