A clean space sets the stage, but the spirit behind it is what brings this studio to life ✨

To me, movement and spirituality have always gone hand in hand. Before we could open our doors to a new season of dance, we needed to make sure our space truly felt like a sanctuary. We spent the day deep cleaning every single inch of the studio—scrubbing the floors, clearing out the old, and resetting the physical space. Right after, we gathered for a Shuddikaran Puja to bless the studio from the inside out.

For me, this ceremony is so much deeper than just tradition—it’s a deeply personal act of grounding, gratitude, and energetic alignment. It’s about clearing out the past, inviting in divine energy, and ensuring that every person who steps onto our floors feels uplifted, inspired, and safe to create.

Clean floors, purified energy, and pure intentions. The studio is officially blessed and ready for you all. 🙏🏽✨

Ever wonder what it actually takes to run a studio while raising a family?💡

From 5:30 AM chaotic morning routines to late-night studio shut-downs—welcome to a day in my life as a mom of two and studio owner. 💫

Behind the scenes, there’s a whole lot of coffee, endless scheduling, running on 5 minutes of quiet, and constantly switching between "Mom" and "Boss" mode.

People see the stage, the bright lights, and the polished performances and think it’s all celebrity glam—but truthfully? It’s far from glamorous 90% of the time!

Making it all work comes down to strict time management and leaning heavily on my incredible team and support system. It truly takes a village, both at home and at the studio.

Grateful for the beautiful chaos of it all! ❤️

🌎 Happy International Dance Day 💃

As a dancer, dance has always been my home. It’s the one place I can return to, no matter what. I can dance anywhere, at any time, and feel grounded again. It’s where I’ve found joy, identity, and purpose.

As a studio owner and teacher, dance has taken on an even deeper meaning.

Families often see the final performance—the smiles, the costumes, the confidence on stage. But behind that is so much more. The long nights. The constant thinking, planning, and refining. The quiet moments where I wonder if a student is okay, and the times I want to check in but hold space instead. The emotional responsibility of helping young dancers build confidence, discover who they are, and feel like they belong.

And it’s not just our younger dancers. It’s also the privilege of working with our adult dancers—supporting them as they reconnect with themselves, step into confidence, and carve out space for joy in their own lives.

There are hard conversations. There are days where I question everything. There’s the weight of leading a team, building a culture, and sustaining something that so many families trust.

But every single time—I come back to dance.

Because at the end of the day, this is what holds it all together. This is the passion that keeps me showing up with energy, with heart, and with belief.

I started with very little, and today I stand here with a studio full of life, growth, and connection. For that, I’m endlessly grateful. And I count my blessings each day 🌟

Dance has given me everything. And I’ll always give everything back to it.

This holiday season, you reminded our youth that they are seen, valued, and cared for.

Through your generosity, holiday wish lists from our transitional homes and drop-in centre became a reality. From thoughtful gifts to simple moments of joy, each delivery carried more than just presents it carried hope, connection, and a sense of belonging.

You came together as friends, families, and colleagues, turning compassion into action and making the season brighter for our youth. The smiles, excitement, and gratitude we witnessed say it all.

From all of us at 360°kids, thank you for gifting joy and for helping us show our youth that they are not alone this holiday season. ❤️
