New “TOTAL BEGINNER” adult tap class series starts tonight. If you’ve never even put on a pair of tap shoes in your life, you’ll be just fine in this class. This series runs 6 weeks and will cover all of the basics of how to start tap dancing. We will cover basic steps, weight transfers, and eventually start combining steps into short combinations.

Tap dance is great for your physical and mental health, coordination, helps strengthen your core, lessens anxiety and depression, improves balance, fosters friendships, and is a lot of fun!

Classes start tonight 8:30-9:30 pm at @centerstageutah in Orem. Just check in at the front desk. If you need shoes feel free to come a little early and stop by @dancegear right next door. They have a great selection.

See you tonight!
