& that's a wrap on DIF auditions!

What an awesome weekend it was dancing with you all. The talent in Smothers was through the roof! From ballet auditions to hip hop auditions, you guys all KILLED it! I was so inspired by the energy in the room, the kindness, and the love all of these gals have for dance.

Dance as an art is such a special thing. This company is a gift and I can't wait for all of you to experience it for the first time! Rehearsals start next Saturday! Can't wait to see you there :) 🕺🏻🪩

Come along with me and the rest of the @danceinflight company for our show tech week! For those of you who don't know: Dance in Flight is Pepperdine's very own dance company! All of the choreography in the show is produced by Pepperdine students--how creative and awesome are they?! A little bit more about it:
- we rehearse every Saturday in the HITS studio
- we perform once a year in the spring @ smothers theatre
- auditions are open to all!!!
- we do pretty much every style of dance from ballet --> hip hop!

It is such an honor to be apart of this amazing group of people and I am so excited to share this with you all. Dance in Flight truly marked me and reintroduced me to my love for dance, and I hope this little vlog encapsulates the absolute adoration I have for this company. Auditions happen in the beginning of every academic school year in the fall...I hope to see you there!
