🚨 CALLING ALL BALLET TEACHERS, PHYSIOTHERAPISTS & DANCERS! 🩰

We are incredibly proud to be bringing Lynne Charles and the internationally recognised 4Pointe Teacher Certificationto Brisbane.

As a Principal dancer, I had the privilege of partnering Lynne for many years and have always admired her exceptional knowledge, understanding, and passion for educating dancers and teachers. Her commitment to developing dancers safely and intelligently is second to none.

Over the years, I have watched the 4Pointe programme evolve and transform the way dancers prepare for pointe work. The results speak for themselves—building stronger, safer, and more confident dancers while giving teachers and health professionals the knowledge and confidence to guide them correctly.
It is an honour to now bring this incredible programme to Brisbane.

Whether you’re a ballet teacher looking to expand your expertise, a physiotherapist working with dancers, or a dancer wanting a deeper understanding of safe pointe preparation, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

📅 28 September – 3 October 2026
📍 Queensland National Ballet Studios
57 Hayward Street, Stafford
✨ Register now!
Take advantage of early bird pricing when you register before 31 July.

We can’t wait to welcome Lynne to Brisbane and share her wealth of knowledge with the Australian dance community. 🩰✨

Playing with a creative exercise focused on collaborative choreography.
Concentrating on different textures, levels, speed, mirroring, and retrograding. 🌼

I absolutely love being able to work with @julietdoherty each week at @dancelab.co

Little clip of some creative experimentation from a few weeks ago.

A combined collaboration, incorporating a variety of phrases created by multiple dancers and playing with different ways to execute the movements. 🤍

My absolute favorite way to be creative. 🩰

There is something incredibly special about walking into a studio and sharing knowledge with the next generation of dancers. ♥️

Yesterday wasn’t about perfect turns or the highest legs.

It was about building strong foundations. 🌱

🪽Helping young dancers understand their bodies.
🪽Building strength and control.
🪽Encouraging confidence.
🪽And reminding them that progress is built through consistency, not shortcuts.

Every workshop is a chance to plant little seeds that I hope will grow throughout a dancer’s journey.🦋

Because dance is about so much more than the performance itself.

It’s about the discipline to keep trying.
The resilience to learn from mistakes.
The courage to challenge yourself.
And the joy of moving.

Thank you to Michelle @dancelab.co who welcomed Method X as part of DanceLabs program this week. It was a privilege to work alongside such enthusiastic young dancers and dedicated teachers. 🖤🤍

I hope each dancer took away something that will support them not just for their next class or performance, but for many years to come.

Strong foundations create confident dancers. ♥️

Yours in strength & dance always,
Rebecca x

It was an honour to perform an excerpt of our show Identity, last night, at the @suncoastartsfoundation Annual Giving Campaign.

A big shout out to all the amazing local artists that are exhibiting, performing and working hard to enrich the arts ecology of our beautiful Sunshine Coast. It’s a privilege to work on Kabi Kabi land with the blessing of our traditional custodians and side by side with such a talented crowd.

Art is created by the community for the community. It enlightens our hearts and promotes individual and social wellbeing.

Support your favourite local artist by making a donation today. To make a tax-deductible donation to D.I.V.E., follow the link in the Bio.

Congratulations to Zoe and Annabelle on their acceptance into the DancLab Co “The Space Between” Dance Film Project.

We are so proud to see both students continuing to seek out opportunities that allow them to grow artistically and explore new creative environments beyond the traditional stage setting.

The girls are looking forward to working alongside Michelle Bucci, Taliah Collins, and Juliet Doherty throughout this exciting project. While our students work with Juliet weekly through their training at Rogerson College, it is always incredibly valuable to collaborate with industry artists in completely different creative settings and processes such as dance film.

We cannot wait to see what this experience brings for both Zoe and Annabelle. Congratulations girls! ✨

Ivy is pretty thrilled to be part of @dancelab.co Contemporary youth company - season 1, a Contemporary Dance Film.
The past few years she has soaked up incredible opportunities for stage performances, dancing with live orchestras and exceptional professional teams in classical ballet. This year, it’s super exciting to be part of a film project 🎥 expanding her experience and understanding of creative productions, aswell as exploring contemporary movement and collaboration more deeply.

Thank you @elite_classical_coaching for supporting this exciting learning opportunity 🙏🏼

Really looking forward to working with you on this @julietdoherty & @taliahcolllins ✨
