9 years young today… but someone forgot to tell some of my body parts!

Apparently, they didn’t get the memo that we’re celebrating 9 today and decided to act like they’ve been around for 100 years!

But just look at me and my Monkey George… still showing the world that even if some parts of me feel 100, my silly side is forever young!

A very special thank you to the incredible Brigitte Reeve Taylor and Dancers Love Dogs for supporting Paws-a-While and our mission to make a real difference in communities where the need is greatest. 🐾♥️

Brigitte not only joined us as a judge for our Rescue Dog Show at World Animal Day, but Dancers Love Dogs have gone above and beyond by donating an incredible R20,000 towards our ongoing sterilisation drive in Lavender Hill! 🙏🏼♥️

This contribution will help us get even more animals sterilised, preventing unwanted litters and helping to break the cycle of pet overpopulation in communities where resources are limited.

And if you’d like to support this incredible cause even further, book your tickets for the Dancers Love Dogs event on 3 November at the Artscape Opera House! 🩰🐶

Because with Dancers Love Dogs:

ONE SEAT = ONE STERILISATION. ♥️

What an incredible way to enjoy an evening of beautiful dance while helping change the lives of animals who need us most.

Thank you, Brigitte and the entire Dancers Love Dogs family, for standing with us. We are so incredibly grateful. 🐾

A few more beautiful moments from World Animal Day, captured by the incredibly talented Pix by Bex. 📸

Every person who showed up, every organisation who participated, every sponsor who supported us and every animal who found a little more hope because of this community - you made an impact.

Because every small act of kindness, every helping hand and every person who shows up for animals matters.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day - and the work we do every day - possible. 🐾♥️
