It's been one full year 💖 One year of new challenges. One year of making mistakes. One year of stepping outside my comfort zone. One year of discovering what I'm capable of. One year of creativity. One year of laughter and fun. One year of new friendships. One year of unforgettable memories. One year of finding a little more of myself along the way. It's ONLY been one full year... 🥹 Every bit of it has been worth it. And looking back at everything dance has brought into my life, I wouldn't change a single thing! The good, the messy, the love, the laughs, the moments where I questioned myself and the moments where I surprised myself. Who knew that something I signed up for 'just for fun' would end up giving me so much more? 💖💃🏻 @dancewithemilie @gnagottawa #DanceWithEmilie #FindYourPeople #womenSupportingWomen #OttawaLife #selfcarethroughmovement

Just your 4 badass chicks from The Moulin Rouge 💁‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️ And all my soul sistas 💋 This one was one for the books! I say this every session, but this whole vibe was by far one of my favs 💯 The song alone...let's be real 🎶 The amount of times I've blasted it, watched the movie, danced around the house, dreaming of that stage presence and passion. Emilie made it all come true 🌟 As soon as this song was chosen for our choreo, I got home and the outfit inspo began. I was going all in — no other way 😍 Every week, I got overly excited to step into character, and didn't want to leave the studio. A simple, single synchronized snap is all it took to feel a spark of collective female-power energy in the room. And that feeling of closeness and unity, started the magic of it all ✨ I can't say enough how much of an absolute joy it was to dance it all out with my three fierce ladies❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 Shining alongside each of you, your radiating light moved and reached me, and together, an igniting aura was created — a force stronger than ever 💫 So extremely grateful for each of you special gems💎 Finding friendship is one thing, but finding your dancing souls is everything 💖 Shoutout to these girls for being the ultimate hype squad — a group that supports, uplifts, cheers, and holds space for being brave and bold and a little bit wild, crazy and sassy (...or ALOT🤪😅). The commitment was unreal and the theatricality, next level. After all, dancefloor drama is the only kind of drama one needs💃 A heartfelt thank you to all these incredible women and of course our unmatched, phenomenal teacher who makes it all possible, Emilie, for all the beautiful memories created with this routine ❤️ Channeling my Moulin Rouge persona was so much fun and such a rush, and honestly? That inner showgirl might just be here to stay 🎭🤩 #MoulinRouge #LadyMarmalade #showgirlvibes #soulsistas #sassclass
