WE DID IT! OUR VERY FIRST HEELS IN OUR PRIME CLASS! 👠❤️

And what a day it was!

We brought together a room full of people over 40, some who'd danced before and others who'd never stepped into a dance class. Different experiences, different confidence levels, but one dance floor and so much love and support. 🥹❤️

Everyone showed up willing to learn, challenge themselves and try something new. And by the end? Smiles, good vibes and a whole lot of dancing!

This is exactly what Heels In Our Prime is about. Creating a community where we can encourage each other, build confidence, learn new skills and remind ourselves that it's never too late to try something new.

You don't have to be a dancer. You don't have to get everything right. You just have to be willing to give it a go. 👠✨

Thanks to all the amazing ovet 40s divas who showed up and started this wonderful community with us & to @dancewithemlayting for the immaculate vibes.

And if you missed our first class, or want to come and dance with us again…

📅 SAVE THE DATE: SUNDAY 29th NOVEMBER!

More details coming soon. 👀

Thank you to everyone who came and made our first class so special. This is just the beginning! ❤️

✨ Your prime has no age limit.
