POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We asked our MWP team what year they graduated high school and picked the top hit song from that year! The nostalgia is REAL 🥹🎶✨

So many iconic songs, so many good memories 🤍

Now we have to know… Which year do you think had the BEST music?👇🏼

EXTRA EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT!!

STUDIO 22 WAS INSANELY HOT DOING THIS ONE.

The fact that this was an idea 3 days ago and became one of the gunnest and hottest workshops yet with such a fun crowd is INSANE to me.

I LOVE all of you so much. Thanks always for the support and being spontaneous with me on this one. 🖤

💛How is your BACK feeling today??💛

This FLOW is SPINAL 🍭!! #pilatesspinalwork

One of the best things about the reformer…
👉🏼it allows for JOINT ROM while providing muscular resistance and assistance 💝!! #pilatesforjointstability #pilatesforjointmobility

FIVE spinal positions are HIT here while adding in stability work (disk) and overload!! (Weight and spring)

Wishing you the BEST day to My #pilatescommunity !!
