As the “big day” draws nearer, it would be so easy to fixate on all the ways my aging body frustrates me.

Instead, I choose to focus on all the incredible things it does for me every single day.

Tagging some of the people who have been a huge inspiration in my fitness journey ❤️

✨ LIGHTS PARTY… and wow, what a night. ✨

We said let the colors come alive…
and you really understood the assignment. 🌈🔥

From the first song to the very last one,
the dance floor was full of energy, connection, and those moments that just happen when the right people come together.

Neon everywhere. Smiles everywhere.
And that feeling like… you just had to be there. 💫

Huge thanks to @anjelatakesphotos for capturing these incredible moments 📸
This is just Part 1…

I always underestimate how much a change of scenery affects how I think.

Being in Panama this week on a business retreat with incredible fellow entrepreneurs has pulled me out of my usual rhythm in the best way. I’m usually sprinting, tackling one thing to the next and giving it my all with everything I do.

Slowing down truly doesn’t come easily to me. And this trip was a good reminder of how much clearer things feel when I do.

The conversations have been the best part. Being here and talking through what everyone’s building right now has been grounding. Different businesses, but a lot of shared questions and ideas around leadership, growth, and decision-making.

I’m heading home with clearer priorities, a renewed appreciation for creating this kind of space more intentionally, and seeking out a change of scenery more often.

Thank you @liannekimcoach for organizing and bringing this special group together!

🎉 A glimpse into the magic of the Northern Latin Congress which was held a few weekends ago at the Timberwolf Golf club ! 😍 I was thrilled to spend over 12 hours dancing, performing, and socializing with this amazing community. Thanks to Zoi, the talented teachers, performers (shoutout to my 2 dance troupes, Northern Latin Flavour and the Sudbury Rueda Collective!), sponsors and dance friends who made this day unforgettable! 👏 Can't wait to do it all again next year! #NorthernLatinCongress #Salsa #LatinDance #DanceCommunity #northernlatinflavour @highlight
