Thank you 💚 @dancing.body for being such a magical, wiggling fest at the gorgeous @threepools_permaculturefarm

Feeling so inspired by the incredible teachers and all the wonderful humans. We meadowed, salsaed, jammed, shuffled, embodied, and so much more🌀

So lush to be a part of the build and to witness this beautiful festival come to life✨

A huge shout-out to all the teachers, and to Amy and Dunja for creating and hosting this fabulous gathering ✨💚

Best way to start the summer 𓇢𓆸

I came across @dancing.body via an Instagram ad, and thank goodness I had! The previous year's feedback was so captivating that I knew I had to experience it for myself.
⋆
To be around others who enjoy dance as much as I do was such a gift I hadn't realized I needed.

Top tier location, teachers, company, food, music, and vibe. A zillion/10 will do again 𖹭

Returning to @dancing.body this year, this time on the wellness team offering a sound journey! ✨

The days are filled with yoga, sauna, all levels dance workshops in many different styles, with DJs & more dancing at night 🔥
Last year it felt like the perfect mix of retreat meets festival and to have that many dance classes in one place is epic! 🕺🏻

I love offering sound as integration after movement - an opportunity to alchemise new pathways created through dance and rewire some of the beliefs we all have around self expression, being seen, meeting our edges and moving in new ways! So I can’t wait to offer this for the movers of Dancing Body 2026 💚

Validation is a thing many of us crave: the quick dopamine of that red heart ❤️

Substituting for lengthy, human to human time together.

But as a therapy account, it's not about getting millions of views, thousands of likes.

I have a small, core group of clients that I help which is usually no more than 12 a week.

I wouldn't expect them to openly engage with my content unless they wanted to, especially as that's a potential breach of their confidentiality.

What I put out here is for the purpose of helping and supporting.

I genuinely don't even notice likes on here anymore, not that I don't appreciate them!
