Don’t define yourself, your worth or your value by your past behaviours or actions

This will keep you trapped in the past and limit you from living in the present moment and accepting your TRUTH!

At Body Love this weekend we focused on SELF-ACCEPTANCE
✨embracing what makes us unique
✨identifying our strengths
✨acknowledging our reality
✨practicing radical honesty

It was such a blast to be in a room full of other like-minded WOMAN WARRIORS💜👑

This somatic touch and positive affirmations activity was POWERFUL🔥

The energy in the room yesterday felt magical🥹

If you identify as a woman warrior who is on a journey to unconditional self-love comment “I LOVE MYSELF” in the comments👇🏾

3 words worth remembering as you navigate going the distance in design your dream life

GUARD 👏🏽YOUR 👏🏽VIBE 👏🏽

there will be people who will hold you back from your goals or simply try to talk you out of them because you want to do something outside society’s norm.

it’s important to not embody the energy of other people’s fears, doubts and worry.

Your journey is not theirs.

If you want to see your growth go that next level, continue to surround yourself with people who are like-minded as yourself and know where they want to be.

Tag your like-minded bestie that encourages you in all the right empowering ways

We are mothers, nurses, legal assistants, teachers, servers, bartenders, hairdressers, retail workers & ARBONNE CONSULTANTS.
Our businesses are unique to us, and our businesses do not benefit each other’s. But we are friends, community & accountability partners.
We lift each other up to rise higher than we could if we were doing it alone.
My world is a better place with these people in it, and I get to thank Arbonne for bringing us all together!

A Niagara Falls photo dump with a side of inspo.
If they can do it, so can you.
This is what I tell myself. I have been in this business for a bit over 2.5 years and throughout this time I have watched a lot of people make it to the VP levels. This is a level that most people classify as “impossible” and “unattainable”. But what I’ve learned is that when people use those terms, what they are really saying is it’s impossible for THEM.
YOU don’t have to listen. Other peoples success is just PROOF that you can do it to.
Being an Arbonne VP is a representation of effort, work ethic, growth & proof that we got up and tried again after failure.

ANYONE can do this, but not everyone will.
But if you desire something more in your life, be open to the idea that it may come in a oddly shaped box (such as this opportunity)
I would not know these lifelong friends who push me to grow, and continue to show me the proof I need to know I can get there too.
Be open with your mind, and be driven & determined with your vision, because you never know where it could lead you 🤍✨

Did you know, it wasn’t till very recently that I accepted & truly allowed myself to want the things that I want.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Somewhere along the way, I suppressed my desires which seemed to deepen after becoming a mom & loosing myself in that role. I felt guilty & selfish for my desires and for wanting more.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What this sounded like for me 👇🏽
I want nice things,
No karla, that’s “too materialistic”
I want more money,
No karla, that’s “too greedy”
I want more in general?
More purpose outside of being a wife/mom,
more challenges,
more excitement,
Karla, how could you be so “ungrateful for what you currently have”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But I have recently had such a major shift. I can be grateful for what I have AND also want more. If a higher power put these desires in my head & heart, they are mine to have and own, without shame, without guilt.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My updated vision board reflects this shift. I have a great life, AND I want so much more. I want and will have the beautiful home, the lavish lifestyle, the pretty things, the fulfillment, the inner peace, the absolute joy & abundance for myself and my family.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
BRB; currently building my empire & working for the lifestyle I want & deserve 🙋🏽‍♀️

There came a point in my nursing career where I found myself continually thinking “there has got to be more to life & living than this” & “I can’t possibly do this another 30 ish years until I retire, I can’t even think of doing it a few more years at that”. I was feeling trapped, stuck, unfulfilled/unhappy in my nursing career. I was craving for more in my life, but I didn’t know what more looked like for me & I didn’t know how to unstuck myself & find the elusive more that I was craving.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then, in March 2019 I took an extremely skeptical chance on a nutrition program that changed the entire trajectory of my life because I started a business & I finally found more. More passion, more purpose, more abundance, more connections, more cheerleaders, more genuine friendships, more love, more light, more options, more resources, more income, more time, more flexibility, more community, more fun, more growth, more healing, more learning, more self care, more health, more wellness, more servant heartedness, more giving, more value, just so. much. more.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I then realized what more meant to me: to wake up with purpose & passion, excited to GET to do the “work” I get to do, not waking up dreading another day, on the brink of tears to leave for my nursing shift. To design my days, around myself, my girls, my family & fit “work” into it, not the other way around, rushing through my days & attempting to fit myself & my family into my work schedule. To receive efforts based income, where I can work smarter and be rewarded for those efforts, instead of busting my ass giving all of me, long hours & sacrifices away from my family for a 10 cent raise at the end of the year. A mindset that sees the world as abundant, full of opportunities & beauty rather than fear, scarcity & lack. A life truly lived, present in the moment, with the people I love, making memories, day to day instead of rushing through the day to day, work, school, dinner, bath bedtime routines to sleep and do it all over again the next day realizing you never slowed down to be present or enjoy a single moment.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Whatever “more” looks like to you, there’s a place for you here 🤎
