Good evening, Sick Things 👁️‍🗨️👁️‍🗨️!
Last week, Dennis Dunaway was in New York for the launch of Uncle Alice’s new book, Devil on My Shoulder: A Memoir. As you can see in the second photo, Uncle @alicecooper wrote a special dedication just for his dear friend Dennis 🥹❤️.
Have you picked up your copy yet? Are you already reading it?

Dennis shared this picture of himself, Cindy, Alice, Sheryl, Kyler and many more in New York City! ❤️
.
Alice's book signing at Barnes & Noble seemed like such an interesting and fun event. While typing this I'm continuing to listen to the audio book. I can't wait to learn even more about Alice's insane life! 🎩

@dennisdunaway18 Thank you for sharing this!

Devil On My Shoulder has finally been published!
When I saw a few days beforehand that there was going to be a book launch in New York before the UK book tour, I didn’t hesitate for a second and booked my flights.
My first time in the Big 🍎, and all to see Alice? There couldn’t have been a better reason.
First up was Barnes & Noble on 5th Avenue for a photo opportunity, and afterwards I headed straight to the next queue at The Strand for the book conversation followed by a Q&A session.

I love Alice’s shows, but it was really lovely, for a change, just to sit there quietly and listen to him talk about himself and his life story.
And if anyone really has stories to tell, it’s Alice.
As far as I’m concerned, he could have carried on talking for hours, but as it was, it was the perfect length to make everyone want to open the first page of the book straight away to find out everything.
By the time the book tour stop in Wolverhampton comes round, I’ll probably have read it several times over.
Thank you, Alice, for these events and the opportunity to gain these insights into your life and the creation of Alice Cooper!

There’s one more thing I have to get off my chest. I thought that, now I’d finally got to meet Alice in person again after two years, nothing else could possibly happen on that day that would mean so much to me.
But at that point, I didn’t realise that Dennis Dunaway would also be there that evening.
As soon as I realised, I was completely overwhelmed and incredibly happy and grateful just to be able to see him. But the fact that I then had the chance to meet him after the event was one of those moments when you’re not quite sure whether you’re actually experiencing it all for real.
He was just as nice and cool as I’d imagined, and he took the time to speak to each and every one of us. Unfortunately, I couldn’t contribute much to the conversation because I was far to exicted, but it was still a brilliant moment for me and a huge honour to meet him and his lovely wife.❤️

I’ll definitely never forget that day and I’m so glad I was able to be there.🗽

Sparked off by a detailed interview with the often-criminally-overlooked Joe Greenberg, one of the most satisfying things about the whole project was giving a voice to some of the less celebrated but equally vital people in the story. To name but a few: Cindy Smith Dunaway, President Gail Rodgers, Hart Perry, Len DeLessio and, of course, Monica 'The Queen of Halloween' Lauer. What a great bunch of people!

Happiest of birthdays to sparkling Cindy Smith Dunaway!! 🎂💖

Talented designer and seamstress for Alice Cooper, her charm and positive attitude has helped me and others over the years. It's no surprise why Dennis fell in love with her.

Pictured is the time she was honored for her fashion contributions, along with the lovely Tish & Snooky, and interviewed by The Beehive Queen Christine Ohlman. So looking forward to reading her book soon.
