😕Shame and Stress…effecting our health more than we realize.

It is said that the most common time for women to commit suicide is age of 45 to 55. 😨

🤷‍♀️When we don’t understand the hormonal shifts that are happening in these years of transition and what we can do naturally to balance them out, we start beating ourselves up and doubling down…doing more of what’s not working.

Join us for our FREE webinar where we will be unpacking the hormonal hierarchy, and how stress is wreaking havoc on our hormones!!!

❤️🫶🏼Please share this with someone you know that needs to hear this info!

Oh man… my girl went to doggie heaven yesterday, and I truly can’t believe she’s gone. My heart aches, and the tears won’t stop. How do I say goodbye to the girl who carried me through everything? My sweet, goofy, lovable, curious, trouble-making dog.

My everything. The one thing I missed most when I left for college, and the one thing that could always make me smile the biggest. You, my dear, were love, light, and joy all wrapped into one. You taught me that love is shown through actions, not words.

From the moment we picked you up as an 8 week old puppy, I knew you were mine. Our hearts were forever one. Whether I was gone for 30 minutes or four months, you were just as excited to see me every single time. Those doggie kisses when I was sad…That tail that wagged so hard it hurt when it hit you, and that smile that could make even the worst of days just a little better… you are forever a part of me. And you will forever live in the hearts of all who were lucky enough to love you and be loved by you.

Rest easy my sweet sweet Junju 🕊️💌

As a father, words do not express the joy that I have in celebrating, Caden John Cooper,! A young man, who has turned out to be an absolute gentleman, a loving, caring friend to so many, a wonderful son, an incredibly hard worker, who has accomplished so much in his short time. Caden, I couldn’t be more proud of you and who God has created you to be! Your chapter of high school is over and I can’t wait to witness the next season in your life as you move out of the nest into this ever changing world. Put Christ first as you have done and all the pieces will fall into place on His design. Well done my man, well done! I love you to the moon and back!
