There is something so sacred about remembering that your body was never meant to be still, small, or ashamed off.

So many of us have inherited stories about how a woman “should” move.

Don’t be too loud, too sensual.
Don’t take up too much space.
Don’t move your hips like that.
Don’t draw too much attention to yourself.

Sacred Hips is an invitation to begin rewriting those stories.

To remember that your hips can hold power, grief, joy, sensuality, creativity, and expression all at once.

This Wednesday, we’ll begin by getting intentional with our desires through vision boarding and a limiting-belief release practice, looking at the narratives that may be keeping us disconnected from what we truly want.

And then we celebrate. ✨

We let the music move through us.
We allow our bodies to take up space without fear of judgement

Through Afro-inspired rhythms, tribal beats, movement, intention, community, and play, we’re creating space to release what no longer belongs to us and reconnect with the parts of ourselves we may have been taught to hide. 🌷

Your body is not something to silence.

It is something to listen to.
Something to honor.
Something to CELEBRATE!!

DM “sacred hips” to receive a link to join us this Wednesday.

I can’t wait to flow with you 🫶

Finally getting around to posting about my birthday... which was in May 😅
Such a very taurus thing of me to do I know.

But I had the most amazing time with my best friend Alyssa. 🌹❤️ @alyssanoellecoelho
She made me feel like the most special person in the world 🥹🫂
We got a weekend together and she spoiled the absolute hell out of me! 🌞 I mean this girl got me a custom made birthday card ☺️ she is alllll about the details. And I love it.
Also that cake is the best cake I have ever ate !!😋
We have been friends for a very long time and she is like my sister.
The love I have for her is beyond what I could explain.💕
I can always count on her to make me laugh and care for me if I am down.🌻 Craving another weekend.
I am so grateful to have you in my life 🩵
I love you! And thank you for everything! 🦭🧚‍♀️✨️

I am doing a lot of shadow work and finding the joy through the process.🖤🪞🌹

Learning more about solitude vs isolation.
Vulnerability vs over sharing.
Sitting with my emotions rather than running from them.🥲

I have some beautiful and creative ways to do so.💕💕💕

It just doesn't always work the same.

I find relief through every single different modality at times.
But I have realized that some times these "healthy habits" make me forget about the present.🦭🌿

What it is like to be just here in the moment.
I have known chaos most my life so I am a master of doing, juggling, and striving.🔥

Rest can sometimes feel like boredom or stagnancy.
Not always but at times.🤔

Human emotion is annoying tbh.😩
I dont have it all figured out and that is frustrating.
Buuuuuuut.
Pluto is retrograde so time to let go of control.🌚 And so is Neptune so I am letting it flow.🪼

Finding peace without understanding.
Without certainty.

And boy is it fucking hard.🙄

Welp that is my thought for the day.

Happy eclipse in Leo 🌞🤗✨️🌻

Excited to be hosting another subconscious painting class! 🥰
This process is near and dear to my heart because I discovered it after the passing of my daughter, and it has been very healing for me and others I have shown. 🌻✨️

I will guide you through a meditative process to connect to yourself.🧘‍♀️

Then we will start the painting and flow part.🎨

After this we will share our art and the meanings we have discovered. 🦋

To finish up we will pull a card and intuitively interpret the meanings. 🌸

With this process we will help you tune into your subconscious and bring forth meaningful and beneficial messages to help you with where you are at in life.🪼🦭🌈

Share with your friends and come paint! 🤗
DM to rsvp and save your spot😇🩵
