POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Two and a half years ago, Cathy took her first BodyTech minis class with Julian and immediately fell in love with it. Somewhere along the way, that one class turned into so much more.

From the very beginning, Julian has been so kind, patient, and supportive of her, and that’s something I’ll always be grateful for. As the program has grown, she’s had the opportunity to train with so many wonderful teachers, each helping her in their own way.

She loves the training, but more importantly, she loves the people. Thank you to all the @bodytechmethod teachers for everything you continue to do for her, for always encouraging her and helping her grow. You’ve all become such an important part of her journey, and I hope you know how much we appreciate you. ❤️

📍 BODYTECH IS NOW IN BOCA RATON! 🔥

We are officially bringing the Bodytech Method to Boca, exclusively at Stars Dance Studio Boca Raton!

Here are just a few clips from our two-hour Bodytech class. This program is designed to bring Bodytech in its TRUE form to a new location, following the same training protocol and structure that we have built at our Miami hub and that has remained consistently successful throughout the season.

Our goal has always been bigger than simply offering another class. We want to create a training hub where dancers from ALL studios can come together, train, strengthen, improve their technique, and experience the Bodytech Method in a neutral training environment.

Boca is the next step in that vision. 🖤

Destiny Trynecee will be following my exact Bodytech curriculum, programming, and weekly structures, with the curriculum created and progressed by me to ensure our Boca dancers receive the same methodology and training standards we have established in Miami.

⚠️ SUBSCRIPTION ONLY

This class will only be accessible through a Bodytech In-Person Subscription. No drop-in option will be available.

To view our subscription options and join the Boca program, please visit our website and navigate to In-Person Subscriptions.

This is only the beginning, and I cannot wait to watch the growth of these dancers as we continue building the Boca hub. 🔥

The BEST week at @starsdanceco Intensive! ✨🩷

So many amazing classes, so much dancing, and SO many new friends who already feel like best friends! 🥹 I also got to reunite with some of my favorite dance friends I’ve met along the way, which made the week even more special!

Of course, I couldn’t be at Stars without seeing Miss Nicole for a private! 🥰

Thank you, Miss Mayra, for welcoming me with open arms and being so kind! I had the absolute BEST time and already can’t wait to come back! 💕✨

Already counting down until I get to do it all again! ⭐️🩷
