We just completed sanding and screwing this entire 4,000-square-foot custom home for another builder we’ve proudly worked with on multiple projects, with four more currently underway. Screwed down this entire 9,000sq. ft. luxury custom home in Castlemore Estates. We’ll be back once drywall and taping are complete to sand the upper floor. The main floor is getting in-floor heating and will be poured shortly. This marks the sixth home we’ve completed on Bellini, and we’re incredibly grateful to the builders and homeowners who continue to trust us with their custom homes, luxury estates, renovations, and cottages.

Why is screwing down your subfloor so important? It helps eliminate movement between the subfloor and framing, reduces squeaks, improves structural integrity, and provides a solid foundation for hardwood, tile, and other finished flooring products.
