Fit For Duty!

What a session today down at @body_ethics

The most people, the most stations plus new equipment making this the toughest and best session yet.

The place was buzzing from start to finish. High energy, great atmosphere and hard work.

Well done to all participants for their work rate today, this is now the standard.

Also a special thanks to @churchburycommercial and @sneate_ for coming down to the session and capturing the experience.

Here is a quick group shot as a preview of what’s to come. I’m excited to see what these guys have caught on screen for us all.

Monday Motivation!

Today’s motivation comes from the Fit For Duty gang.

Some of my favourite pics from the Hose Wall Sit.

These guys keep adding weight to this....more hose needed for the inventory I feel.

People turning up to the Bootcamp and giving their best every week is what motivates me to keep improving the sessions.

Fit For Duty!

Great session today at @rock_healthfitness_gym.
First time putting the session on at this venue and what a way to start.

Regulars and Rock first timers killing it from the first bell.

16 stations, 45secs on each for 3 rounds, a 1min video doesn’t do it justice. 👨🏻‍🚒⚒🛢🏋🏻‍♂️🔥🧯⛓🚒👩🏻‍🚒 #fitforduty #firefighter #firefit #bootcamp #hitchinbootcamp #offley #personaltrainer #pt #fitnesscoach #fitnessinstructor #grouptraining #groupfitness #herotraining #strongertogether #rockhealthandfitness #fitnessclass #hitchinfitness #cardio #circuittraining #functionaltraining #functionalfitness #highintensityintervaltraining #allornothing #fatburningworkout #hitchin #hertsfitness #strongerthanyesterday #hertspt #bootcampworkout #bootcampfitness

Fit For Duty!

Great commitment levels from @marcin_32 @dandadda2 @the_matt_tilley and @rosalialazzara today.

Started cold but powered through.

We even reduced the rest time between circuits.

Watch out for the tyre deadlifts and walking lunges with water kegs that were added today. 👨🏻‍🚒⛓🚒⚒🧯🏋🏻‍♂️🛢🔥👩🏻‍🚒 #hitchinbootcamp #bootcamp #firefighter #localbootcamp #hitchingym #offley #functionaltraining #functionalfitness #cardio #fatloss #circuittraining #hitchinlife #hertspt #personaltrainer #pt #fitnesscoach #fitnessinstructor #grouptraining #strongertogether #hertsfitness #stevenage #stotfold #shefford #bedfordshire #baldock #arlesey #hitchintown #hitchinfitfest #hitchinfitnessclasses

Winter is Coming!

First indoor session today, had a play around with what we can do.

New ideas added!

Just because there is less space doesn’t mean it’ll be easier.

Great effort from Dan and Pria today.

4 rounds completed in the hour today.

Enjoy some footage of them smashing the session earlier.

Sessions available next Saturday and Sunday, both running 12:00-13:00.

If the forecast is good, we’ll be outside if not we will be in the studio. So no excuses!

See you next weekend people! 👨🏻‍🚒⛓🧯⚒🛢🏋🏻‍♂️🔥🚒👩🏻‍🚒 #fitforduty #firefighterfitness #bootcamp #hitchinbootcamp #hitchinfitness #fitnessclass #localbootcamp #hertsbootcamp #outdoortraining #getoutdoors #getoutside #theworldismygym #cardio #hiitworkout #highintensitytraining #manvsfat #functionaltraining #functionalfitness #personaltrainer #pt #fitnessinstructor #ukfit #ukfitness #fitfamuk #strongertogether #firefighter #herotraining #hitchinfitfest #hertspt #healthandfitness
