We all deserve real ingredients. Our skin is important. However, many of us don't read labels on skincare like we should. Labels can be confusing to decipher and to know what's good vs. bad. Luckily, we can help with that. We are using REAL ingredients, tallow from our own ranch @danddbeef (not some random source online) and locally sourced beeswax. Creating clean products that are not only safe and effective for your skin - but actually work. With all natural ingredients, our tallow is known to not cause irritation and absorbs into the skin with a silk-like finish. Rich in natural vitamins A, D, E, F & K. Your skin deserves the best - naturally. #skincare #naturalbeauty #naturalskincare #tallowskin #tallow #tallowbalm #nontoxicliving #nontoxicbeauty

What is Dry Aged Beef?🥩 . Dry aged beef is beef that has been placed in a temperature controlled room, left unsealed and exposed to air, to dry for several weeks. Dry aging concentrates the natural flavor of beef and tenderizes the meat. Beef’s natural enzymes break down the connective tissue in the muscle, which leads tenderizes beef. . The beef at your local grocery store is not dry aged. Most beef at the store is “wet aged” where it is vacuum sealed and aged for approximately 4 to 10 days. While dry aging and wet aging both aid in tenderizing beef, dry aging is far superior. . Our beef is dry aged for 21 days at our local butcher. They hang the carcass in their refrigerator room (aka a cooler room) before it is hand cut. . 🥩Dry aging beef enhances the flavor while making the beef even more tender. That combined with our superior genetics, you can’t go wrong and can taste the difference. 🥩 . . . . . #DandDBeef #ranchtoplate #knowyourfood #ribeyesteak #ribeye #steak #farmtotable #beefitswhatsfordinner #nebraskabeef #dryagedbeef #steakdinner #steaklovers #bbqnation #nebraskamade #ketocarnivore #easymeals #carnivorediet #carnivorelife #ketomom #kceats #kcbbq #omahaeats #lincolneats

Yesterday we went to the sale barn. This is only my second time going but I love it so much. A room filled with young and old cattlemen. Yesterday a dad and his two sons were there selling their two claves they had raised. The look of pride on these boys’ faces as their calves entered the ring and were bought was so fun to see! As our groups of cattle entered the ring I got so excited, and nervous, and scared. It’s a thrilling feeling. But so many unknowns and it all just goes so quick!! Joe was happy with what our cattle brought, we paid our note and some left over. And that’s all you can hope for in this cattle game! I love bringing the boys and can’t wait until they really “get” it!

Aren’t you a little “little” to be a cow vet? ⁣ ⁣ My answer: “you didn’t hire me to squat 300+lbs, you hired me to solve a problem. I got these muscles from carrying around a big brain 😉😂😝”⁣ ⁣ I have met so many women in agriculture who are a FORCE to be reckoned with. I wouldn’t mess with a single one of them! ⁣ ⁣ Tag a strong woman below and encourage her!! ⁣ ⁣ #spicy #womeninag #strongwomen

What if every woman knew her worth? What if every woman knew her strength? What if every woman knew her intelligence? What if every woman knew the impact she is making? I often talk to other women about things like working in agriculture, navigating vet school and just day to day struggles. The general theme of these conversations is DOUBT and FEAR. We all have that voice in our head that says we are not good/smart/strong/pretty/tall/skinny/funny/skilled enough. What if we KNEW, what if every woman knew how perfectly capable we are? It takes support and reinforcement I challenge you to do one thing- lift someone else up. This week make it a point to do something that supports, encourages and inspires another woman!
