It has been a crazy year. Became a dad, tattooed my head, spent time with family and rocked with my friends. Life rules.

One year in Nashville playing music. I couldn’t imagine I would’ve even got to do the things I’ve done. So thankful to the Lord above for every single opportunity.. can’t wait to see what happens next. I have been so blessed to meet the people I have on this crazy road. Country roads take me home.

Yesterday was about so much more than a workout. Huge thank you to everyone who showed up, pushed themselves, supported each other, and honored the meaning behind Murph with us yesterday. Grateful for this community and the energy you all brought.

Thank you to our local vendors who were absolutely phenomenal: @onwardtnpt @asics @taylor.edwards.mcelveen @puresweatgulch
