What was supposed to be a last minute impromptu invite by my sis @_januarrrry to check out a venue and possibly have a libation or two, led to hanging out with some cool kids at @waxaddictla brunch gig on the strand. Glad to link with my fun-facts broski, Russ, to deliver a @itsthemightygiants keychain and yap. It was a beautiful sunny day to walk pier to see some dolphins swimming in the distance. In my fob auntie voice “I just wanna see the bits 🏖️” #sundayfunday thank you 😘 @_januarrrry for waking me up yesterday morning. 😜 #baytola

I don’t celebrate my birthday often but this intimate get-together was real solid.
Thank ya’ll for coming over to celebrate my birthday, uplift Aaron’s spirit before his surgery tomorrow, and bringing all the delicious goodness. Timer, you have given me a priceless gift a girl could ever ask for and threw a whole party for me ❤️🥳
🙌🏽 @woeski_soulshifters @jayski_one @_januarrrry @deejay_marquee @niceguyxvinny @silentjohn for playing the soundtrack of the night! 🎶🎛️🔊
Fun times. 🥳

(Mixcloud link available in bio)

During the pandemic I started streaming my dj sets on Twitch. I found a community of people that understood my affinity for Soul/R&B and my goofy humor.

During the streams I would use a Rain/thunderstorm ⛈️ sound effect that would later become a signature sound of the stream.

That community became like family every Monday….hence the name “Moist Monday” was birthed 🤷🏻‍♂️.

This mix is dedicated to everyone who took part however big or small 🙏🏽 especially those who called the Moist Hotline and left messages.

Shout out to @djgetlive for inspiring the Hotline 🙏🏽🫡

Shout out to my @dpsound_bridgescrew family 🫡🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊

I’ve lagged on putting a recap together from Labor Day week/end while I was in town to spend time with @woes especially to show support for @itsthemightygiants gig at Escala. We threw a little get together pot luck sesh at the house and the guys streamed for 12 hours on twitch. Met some good folks during my visit. All I can say is how fortunate it is to kick it with ya’ll and see the squad thrive! Good times. I’m still full. 😂
Safe travels to St. Pete’s FL for Shine Festival!
