Royal Caribbean has been a major sponsor of the ADF for almost a decade and we LOVE ❤️ working with them! From providing master workshops on how to audition successfully, speaking candidly with teachers and parents on how to prepare their kids for working on their ships, to judging our competitions and Ofcourse providing career opportunities for Australian dancers. At every level, the Royal Caribbean team show how much they care and value the Australian dance community, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

✨ INDUSTRY PRO DAY – WHAT A SUCCESS! ✨

Our Industry Pro Day brought to you by ADT & Industry Auditions in 2026 was nothing short of incredible 🙌

Attendees had the amazing opportunity to gain real industry insight while workshopping directly in front of casting teams from Celebrity Cruises Entertainment and Disney Live Entertainment 🌟 These world-class professionals, alongside their talented choreographers, truly put our dancers through their paces and gave them a taste of what it’s like at the highest level of the industry.

The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive — from the calibre of training to the invaluable advice and experience gained 💥

This is what ADT is all about… creating real pathways, real opportunities, and unforgettable experiences for dancers ready to take the next step ✨

And we’re just getting started 👀
We’re already planning to bring it back in 2027 – bigger and better than ever with our Pro Day partner Industry Auditions 🔥

Who’s ready to level up with us next year? 💃🕺
