Lass ein Follow da, wenn du mich auf meiner Reise begleiten willst, jeden Tag 1 % besser zu werden – sportlich, menschlich und unternehmerisch. 🚀

ONE PERCENT BETTER EVERY DAY | Tag 26

Heutige Highlights:

1 % besser. Jeden Tag. 💯

We are excited to announce that Daniele Kuchar @dani.kuch has officially re-signed with Pirlo Kufstein Towers as the club makes its leap to the Austrian Superliga (BSL)🇦🇹!

Daniele has been a vital engine for the Towers in their 2.Bundesliga campaign, demonstrating poise, playmaking ability, and scoring. With the team now ascending to the top flight, we couldn’t be more proud to see Daniele continue his professional development with this group. Daniele has shown to be a reliable playmaker averaging 3.9 assists per game, proving his ability to facilitate the offense and make those around him better, while also contributing 11.9 points per game and shooting a solid 36.4% from beyond the arc.

Daniele brings some valuable experience to the roster, having previously competed in the Superliga with the Vienna Timberwolves during the 2023/24 season. We can’t wait to see Daniele back in action in the BSL.

Congrats Daniele!

good morning ⏰

another early morning at the db breakfast club and this one was an especially fun session as the boys and i went through different mini competitions today. not only did things get more interesting, it also gave me some more live-action minutes, which really helped build confidence in my shoulder again. a couple of bumps and different kinds of stress on the shoulder actually felt pretty stable and pain free, so that is definitely a good sign for me mentally. on the other hand, i really have to give a big shout-out to @coach_mike_eu, who really goes above and beyond to keep the practices fresh. i have been to my fifth or sixth session now and i honestly do not feel like i have done the same thing twice. always new impulses, good stuff, back next week.

day 357 🔎

great morning run with @coach_mike_eu and the boys at db breakfast club once again today. @dani.kuch, @oscarinooo_ and myself were joined by wolves academy player @leo07s._1369, who brought some fresh energy, which was really cool. for me personally, it was quite tough in the beginning as i needed a few minutes to find my rhythm. not sure if the fatigue from the past few days of training is slowly creeping in or if it was something else, but i definitely needed some extra focus today and it wasn’t necessarily my sharpest day out there. anyways, i still picked up a lot of new impulses and details to process and work on, which really kept me on my toes and made the whole thing feel refreshing. on to the next one.

hooper’s deal: get your early morning boost with @lemelosport and use code RAY10 to save on le-melo.com.

day 354 🔥

what an intense week. loved it, but honestly at this point i’m just really exhausted and in need of some rest. however, i also made some big steps towards returning to the court. the clear highlight of this week was logging my first minutes of live action after almost a year. felt amazing to be back out there. but for now: checking out for the week.
