Myo x Lululemon SeaWheeze 2026 🌊🔥

There’s something pretty special about seeing months of behind the scenes planning turn into 450+ recovery sessions, 50 team members, and one seriously high-energy recovery zone for one of Vancouver’s biggest running events.

A huge thank you to @lululemon for trusting @myodetox to be the Official Recovery Partner of #seawheeze2026. Getting to bring what we do at Myo to the big stage alongside such an incredible team was an opportunity I’ll never forget.

The energy was high, the smiles infectious, and the vibes immaculate. But what these photos don’t capture is all the work that happened before the first runner ever walked through. The spreadsheets. The calls. The logistics. The U-Hauls. The DOMs from moving treatment tables moving across the city. The staffing puzzles. The last-minute pivots. And a whole lot of people saying, “I got you”. 👊🏼

To our clinicians and Front of House who treated hundreds of sweaty, tired, glitter covered runners — thank you for bringing the energy and delivering an incredible experience, session after session. ✨

These are the kinds of “only at Myo” opportunities that remind me why I love what I do. Getting to lead a vision, bring teams together from across different regions, and watch everyone rally around one shared purpose is something I’m incredibly grateful for 🙏🏼

Race Prep Week 7.

Each week we start with a physio-led workout in our shop before heading into a run coach led workout.

We’ve been witnessing friendships forming, trying lots of different @adidasrunning shoes and getting stronger together.

One more week before most of us taper 🫡

Our second gathering as a collective.
A small group. Big ideas. Shared experience. Connection through movement.
We gathered at @runasyouare for Run Salon, and I left feeling grateful for what can unfold when women come together in a thoughtful room.
Dani Harper brought such a humble, simple, deeply knowing approach to movement. A reminder that the biggest shifts often begin with the smallest movements.
We experienced On in a lived way too, testing movement in the Cloudmonster, with @letsclinktothat cocktails, @grambeverages protein drinks, and @hummzies adding such thoughtful care to the evening. We had goodies from our friends @plainjaneskinbar ✨
But what stayed with me most was the feeling of it all.
A small circle. Honest conversation. Shared moments like this.
