Last one, best one 🫶

The last year of CATF has been unreal. I’ve had some huge PRs competing for Cary Academy - 13’4 in PV indoors, 17’5.5 in LJ outdoors, an 8.72 in the 55mh, a CA Lifetime Achievement Award. I’ve had some mental blocks and difficult moments too - moments where my brain overwhelms me, moments where I don’t feel like I can ever work hard enough to live up to standards. But through it all, I’ve had the most wonderful group of people there to support me. I am so proud to represent CA and so proud of the people that I shared this team with, people that I am honored to call my friends. Over my years on this team, I’ve met so many wonderful people here who have made indelible impacts on my life. I love you all so much 💙💛.

I’m not done yet. Club season won’t be over for a little while, but in a few months, I’ll be moving on, training in a totally different place. I’m so excited for the future, but I’ll miss my time in NC with all my heart, too!!
