A thank you post. This summer, I was blessed to serve as an intern with 2819 Church, and it has forever changed my walk with Christ. I want to honor the incredible people who hold a special place in my heart.

To the interns: You inspire me. Your stories are real, raw, and Spirit-filled. I’m so thankful to call you friends for a lifetime.

To the staff: You show the love of Jesus like no team I’ve ever seen. Thank you for your leadership and dedication to stewarding souls for the Kingdom.

To Dani: Your compassion is like no other. Working with you has been a blessing.

To Charity: Thank you for pouring into me with such patience and grace. I’m honored to contribute something small to the 2819 Institute.

To each leader and member I’ve met: Thank you for loving and welcoming me so well to the @2819church family.

And to @philipamitchell : I will never forget your words to me. Now mark my words: revival is coming to Georgia Tech, and my campus will be set on fire for Christ alone.

For a long time I have done life alone in a silo thinking “I’m good. I can do this by myself.” God didn’t design us to be alone. We need community because life is tough and beautiful all at the same time. I’m thankful for these ladies—I know who to call for prayer, correction, to talk me off the ledge, or root me on to greater! The beauty is in living our God’s design. I love my #Squadddddd

Iiii…I’m going to do my best not to write a 17-page paper lol but quite literally I am still overwhelmed by the amount of love that was shown this weekend. I was not expecting to see my friends in one space, as I planned to quietly enter this season of my life in preparation for things yet to come. And there they were, I’m so filled with gratitude, overcome by it.

My God…A young Tati would be surprised to know she didn’t have to buy these friends, she didnt have to pretend to be something she wasn’t, she didn’t have to compromise herself or her faith to ensure they loved her. Her seeking after Christ first and chasing after His instruction would actually be enough and He would place the people she needed in her life, iron sharpening iron. That is a testimony in and of itself…

I PRAYED FOR THIS. This is better than what I prayed for. From the very moment I started attending, God has blessed me more than I could even imagine with true community at @2819church ⚫️🔴⚪️

I need to reiterate that it is the LOVE OF CHRIST that can bring forth unity in friendship such as this. And for that I will praise Him. I will praise Him for being the best and closest of friends, for being closer than a brother. ✝️

May you see the freedom, joy, love and peace He brings and be prompted to give your life to Him, to truly follow Him, to be a disciple for the Kingdom of Christ🙏🏾

To all of you who showed love this weekend, I thank you, I love you, I praise God for you. 🙏🏾💕
